Saad Wadiwala
Saad Wadiwala is the Founder and Co-Owner of Third Coast Realty, where his passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service drives everything he does. With over 8 years of experience in the industry, Saad has personally helped more than 250 families navigate the buying and selling process with confidence. Known for his relationship-first approach, Saad takes pride in building genuine, lasting connections with his clients while guiding them through one of life's most important decisions. His commitment to clear communication, market knowledge, and strong advocacy ensures his clients feel supported every step of the way. Saad co-founded Third Coast Realty in Spring 2024 alongside Katherine and Monique, after they worked together for several years at a previous brokerage. Their shared vision and client-first philosophy continue to shape the company's culture and success today. Outside of real estate, Saad enjoys attending sporting events, following the Houston Rockets, Astros, and Dynamo, playing the drums, exploring great restaurants, and staying active through boxing.
